Tough week for the girls

Last Sunday while mommy was at work daddy noticed that Lydia felt a little warm.  For comparison, daddy felt Anna and Jonathan's foreheads and they felt cool in comparison.  So when Lydia had her temperature taken, it was 102.5!!!  The doctors office always has a doctor on-call, so we called.  The doctor said to just give Lydia tylenol as needed, and not to worry if the fever goes up and down for the next couple days.  She said we only need to worry if other things start occuring or if the fever last into/past Tuesday.  Thankfully the tylenol seemed to do the trick and Lydia was fine by Tuesday.  And we probably got lucky that Jonathan and Anna didn't get it next.

By mid-week poor Anna developed a really bad diaper rash.  She still has it now too.  We are trying to keep medication on it and change her diaper more often, but so far it just keeps persisting.

We officially had our first fight.  Jonathan and Anna both decided to take interest in the same toy at the same time.  They kept taking it from each other.  And when one got it, the other would whine/cry about it.  So then they would steal it back.  This went on for almost 5 minutes straight before one of them gave up and went on to other toys.

Anna stood up on her feet while in her crib for the first time this week.  She did it once for mommy while daddy was off on an interview.  And she did it for daddy last night after her bath while waiting for her bottle.
