1st Group Bath

This past week we decided to try bathing all three kiddos at the same time. We were a little unsure how they would react, but they seemed to like it. Lydia seemed to like the the most. She was having fun putting one of the rubber duckies under the water and swishing it around. We had some toys that squirt water to use on them. Jonathan was the least impressed with those. He seemed rather annoyed when squirted. Unfortunately all of the pictures we tried to take came out blurry.
Anna has started to walk around on her knees this week. Several times Daddy has seen her do this in their playroom.
Aunt Polly, Rich, Jessi, and Nicole stopped by today on their way home from a friend's wedding in Maryland. The trio was napping when they got here, so we all played with Harley and Fuzzy for awhile (actually Harley didn't stick around too long). Nicole quickly discovered how Fuzzy got her name. Anna was the first one Daddy brought down, and she was handed to Polly. She did her usual "I'm surrounded by strangers" cry for a few minutes. Jonathan came down next, and he seemed confused by the additional people. Lydia was the last down. She looked a little unsure at first, but was happy to start playing with the presents they were given.
Daddy is still trying to figure out how to reschedule when things get done around the house based on the new work schedule. This is why it has been more than a week between these posts the last couple weeks. Hopefully we'll get back to writing these once a week again soon. Next weekend the photos for June will be put up. It's hard to believe it's almost July. Since it is still difficult to pack the kids up to get out of the house, we mostly know that it's summer only because it feels warm outside when we walk to/from the car when going to work.
Hopefully both the kids and Mommy & Daddy will have more fun once they all start walking. We sent in the deposit for having the back yard fenced in last week. We're still upset that the township will not let us build it as big as we want. But we feel that we cannot go without a fence, or it would be impossible to take the kids out back when only one of us are home with them.
