All I want for Christmas is...

All Lauren wants for Christmas is her one front tooth! Lauren's first tooth is coming in. We don't see a second one yet, so we have to modify the song to be "one front tooth" instead of "two front teeth". Some days it doesn't bother her at all. Other days she is cranky for hours with it and slobbering like crazy. She is not crawling yet, but she's figured out that she can roll around and/or wiggle to get around a little bit. She even tried to recreate the incident we had with Anna around the triplet's first Christmas where Anna rolled almost completely under the couch. We had built a wood frame that is placed under the couch so that the kids cannot get under it any more (and toys don't go under there either). So she cannot recreate what Anna did the exact same way (Anna is the reason we built the wood frame).
All the triplets want for Christmas is baby toys! Last Saturday Daddy's work had a children's Christmas party. They got to see Santa Claus and they all received a present. Lauren's present was a school bus with four big balls that you put through the top and they roll down a ramp inside the bus. Well the other kids like playing with it even if Lauren isn't there with them. I probably doesn't help that Jonathan really likes school buses anyways. So we've been teasing them that Santa might just bring them a bunch of baby toys this year if that's what they like!
With the songs the kids have been working on at preschool, they've been singing several Christmas songs when they're playing or when were in the car. They also have some reindeer food they made up at preschool that we'll have them put outside on Christmas Eve for the reindeer to have a snack while Santa Claus is putting the presents under the tree.
The other week we drove up to Hershey to drive through the Hershey Sweet Lights display. They all liked it, but Jonathan liked it so much that when it was over he started crying. He was really upset that it was over. We tried to take pictures as we drove through, and some of them came out nice. So early next month when we post the December pictures you'll see some of what it looks like.
